Common questions
Can patients book themselves?
Patients can register themselves by scanning a QR code at the clinic, which fills in their details before the visit starts.
Do reminders work in Armenian?
Yes. Templates are written per language, and each patient receives the reminder in the language recorded on their card.
What happens when two visits overlap?
Overlapping visits are laid out in adjacent columns so all of them stay visible and clickable, however many there are.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Each doctor can connect their own Google Calendar, and visits stay synchronised in both directions.
