A dental CRM organised around the patient

A general-purpose CRM knows about deals and contacts. A clinic needs teeth, visits and treatment history. Aldente is built for the second: every patient carries their full record, and every visit updates it automatically.

What you get

One card, the whole history

Visits, diagnoses, completed work, files and payments on a single patient card, in the order they happened.

Reminders that go out on their own

SMS and email reminders before a visit and after treatment, from templates you write once in three languages.

Know who has not come back

See patients with unfinished treatment plans or outstanding balances, and reach them without exporting anything.

Every doctor's numbers

Revenue, visit counts and treatment mix per doctor and per period, calculated from the visits themselves.

Common questions

How is this different from a normal CRM?

A normal CRM tracks a sales pipeline. Aldente tracks clinical work: the dental chart, what was done to which tooth, the treatment plan and what the patient still owes.

Can it send reminders automatically?

Yes. You define when a message goes out relative to a visit, write the template once per language, and Aldente sends it by SMS or email.

Does it track how much each patient owes?

Yes. Partial payments and outstanding balances are tied to the visit, and there is a separate view listing every patient with a debt.

Who can see patient data?

Access follows the role you give each member of staff, and clinics are fully separated from one another.
